ABOUT
When you visit Science Village, you will engage in minds-on AND hands-on activities that are sure to leave a lasting impression whether your age is 2 or 102. The various exhibits and displays encourage visitors to demystify science in a simple and fun way. Learn physics concepts, interact with reptiles, build a castle or a rocket. Everything is at your disposal to Play, Discover and Learn.
VISION AND MISSION: Science Timmins exists so that individuals of all ages can PLAY, DISCOVER AND LEARN FOR THE LOVE OF SCIENCE at the Science Village and in the community. We want our program participants to understand how science applies in the real world. To pursue this mission, Science Timmins offers programs that spark curiosity, inspire interest and promote participation in informal and educational scientific activities.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Science Timmins is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who oversee the operation of the organization. New members are appointed by existing members of the Board and have interest in guiding Science Timmins to achieving its vision and mission.
Our logo, the i-Kid, represents the
